Parents and guardians must submit or upload certified and valid copies of one type of identification document. All the other documents listed below must also be submitted:

1. SA Parent ID / Passport and Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport / Refugee Permit / Asylum Seeker Permit / Permanent Resident Permit / Study Permit
2. Proof of Home Address
   Proof of work address
3. Latest previous / current grade report (Grade 1 – 10 Only)
4. Clinic Card / Immunisation Report (Grade R – 1)
